Washington State is providing a temporary (expiring June 30, 2029) exemption of the cannabis excise tax for medical patients as long as the following conditions are met:
- The purchaser is a patient registered in the Department of Health’s Authorization database with a valid recognition card
- The product purchased is cannabis identified by the Department of Health as compliant with WAC 246-70-040
- The medically compliant product purchased is from a retailer with a medical cannabis endorsement

What is the maximum purchasable amount?
In Washington, adults 21+ with valid ID can possess up to one ounce of cannabis, 16 ounces of cannabis-infused solids, or 72 ounces of liquids. This flexibility lets you explore a variety of products tailored to your preferences, making every visit enjoyable and enriching.
Can I return or exchange products?

While we can’t accept returns or exchanges for opened items or those that have left the store, we’re happy to assist with failed cannabis oil cartridges.
